Parksville Cottage

We are pleased to be able to offer this vacation cottage for rent to our clients. We even offer a special discount. Below are details of the cottage and links to the rental web site.

This is a virtually brand new cottage. It features 1109 sq ft, with 864 sq ft on the main floor and a further 245 sq ft in the loft.

There are:

• 2 double bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms
• 1 loft with sofa bed
• Sofa bed in lounge

The cottage has two bedrooms on the main floor, as well as the loft with a second full bathroom. This arrangement gives you the room for friends and family to live, play and relax in comfort. Will sleep 8 in total.

The kitchen has a sensible and pleasing design. In keeping with the nature theme on the floor and backsplash, the warm beauty of the wood stained shaker cabinetry set the tone for what you will find as you walk through another extremely liveable space.

The new cottage is within Oceanside Village Resort, which features an indoor swimming pool with hot tub and exercise area. There are 3 TV’s with cable service; the TV in the living room comes with a DVD player, the other two TV’s are in the master bedroom and the loft. There is also a CD/tape player and gas fireplace.

The pictures below show that the cottage has everything you will need for a short vacation or even an extended stay to escape the winter.

	The vaulted ceiling in the living and dining room gives a wonderful light and airy feel to this cottage. The ceiling fan and gas fireplace are there to ensure you are comfortable whatever the weather. Watch the TV (cable included) or videos/DVD’s on the TV. Or curl up with a book in front of the gas fireplace.
	The dining room and living room. The cottage is well equipped and you will be able to cater for up to ten people. Imagine playing board games at the dining table or planning the next day’s excursion in this beautiful part of the world.
	The Kitchen is well equipped. You will find: Stove Dishwasher Fridge Microwave Cutlery, crockery and glassware for 10 people
	There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom has it’s own TV. The adjoining full bathroom has a bath, with a shower, and is supplied with towels.
	The den in the loft is set up with it’s own sitting area that will sleep two. The loft also has a bathroom with shower. The den includes a TV.
