Main areas in BC B.C. is nearly four times the size of Great Britain and larger than all the U.S. states except Alaska. So this section can only provide a brief introduction to the main cities and areas in B.C. It is aimed at providing you with a starting point when deciding on where to live or visit when coming to British Columbia. As there is so much to this beautiful province, we urge you to come and visit.
And if you are already living in B.C., perhaps you will be inspired to visit other areas. For my part I have been surprised at the abundance of beauty that the province offers and can’t wait to get out and explore more of B.C. I am also grateful to all those kind people who have helped me in my researches. It speaks well of their communities.
Click on the map below to select the area you want to explore further.
Note that you can see some information and even short video clips - called B.C. Moments - at the Knowledge Network site. The video clips are very good and you may have seen them on the Air Canada in-flight entertainment.
Below are links to the areas of British Columbia. As we add information on specific cities or areas the links will be added.
